*To celebrate the launch of cfateam.com, the first 100 Operators who sign up will instantly become charter members and receive a lifetime discount on the annual subscription fee.
Dashboard messages appear on the home page of your team portal. You can use this area to feature important announcements or provide instructions that you don’t want your team to miss. Additionally, you can have multiple dashboard messages if you like.
You must be logged in as a site administrator to add or edit dashboard messages.
If you are logged into your CFA Team Portal as a site administrator you will see a button on the Documents page that allows you to upload a new file:
Click the "Upload New File" button and then select the Document Type in the drop-down menu. Enter a Document Title (which will appear below the document icon on the Documents page), and then click the "Choose File" button to browse to the document or file you wish to upload.
NOTE: If your document is too large to upload you can use Dropbox or Google Drive to store your file and then enter the External File URL instead.
Once you have completed all fields, click the "Upload File" button.
Only site administrators are allowed to add new Team Members. If you are logged into your CFA Team Portal as a site administrator, click the "Add New User" button in the Administrator Tools section.
For the Username we recommend that you use the same username that is assigned to that Team Member for the @Chick-fil-A site.
Once you enter all of the required information, click the "Add User" button. An email will automatically be sent to the Team Member containing their username and password.
